Watching a starlit sky
*its a beautiful night outside, the stars are shining and it's super quiet. There's a hill thats popular to relax on and watch the stars and.... Bona is there? Huh. Never knew he liked that kinda stuff.*
It's a beautiful sky out tonight. Too bad this may be the last one we see, huh?
*is just laying there, silently. Wow, this is the quietest he's ever been.*
*Enters and lies down, quietly*
Heh, even in war people can still manage to relax
*Mona calls out to the boy*
Hey! You there!
M-Me?
No, the other one!
Oh... *lies down again and sighs*
*turns around* Huh?
Mind telling me your name, sir?
Oh, names Bona.
Well, Bona, you're aware of the impending war, correct?
Yeah, I'm aware.
So, tell me, when faced with the threat of sudden death, why you find time to relax like this?
*lays down and watches the sky*

To be honest, I'm a pretty hyper person, but it's nice to just relax, even if there's problems with the world.
Heh, I don't get it, if I were you i'd be jumping to action. But, whatever, I suppose
That's cuz I'm not part of it. I'm on the sidelines.
*thinks "i laugh at death"*
You're lucky, Bona...
Sidelines, huh? Like throwing your life into someone else's hands.
Well I'm on the sidelines of both sides, trying to fix the problem to stop the war. I'm finding a way to stop the nexus from resseting while not destroying it.
...and, what do you think you know about the Nexus that NotIgor doens't? Even if we do fix it, there's no way it won't just cause more problems later down the line.
Look, even if this is a meeting place of every universe out there, which may cause some problems, I feel that this place will get better.
Well, that's basically inevitable... If the current Nexus, or just anything is fixed, then new problems arise. That's what I think, at least
And to follow up Bona's statement, we can do our best to fix those problems...
It hasn't gotten better in any other timelines, so, what makes you think it will get better now?
Keywords being in other timelines... Besides, we won't be able to fix everything in one fell swoop. Be a little patient, at least...
problems always come and we got to deal with it and go to the next problem that's what life is
Patient? We can't afford to be patient when our lives are at stake! Besides, what truly makes the Nexus so great? The places within it, or the people that dwell in it?
Is it too much to say both? When I mean patient, I don't necessary mean ONLY right now...
They're right you know. We could fix those problems too.
There are so many places to go to, and so many friends to make... If only I had more time...
There will always be friends to make in a new world. And, what if someday comes a problem we can't fix? What if the loop one day breaks, and we don't come back? The longer the Nexus exists, the more possibilities arise. What if one day, we won't be able to do anything?
bombs your time
1. There's always a solution, even if it doesn't come up til later.
2. The loop is the main thing I'm trying to stop.
Always a solution, huh? That just isn't true. What you see as a solution, only causes the problem to get bigger. What if when we fix it, it doesn't stop the loop. And another Nexus builds inside this one? If we go through with your plan, it's entirely possible that the Nexus and everyone in it can disappear for good. Face it, the Nexus is dangerous. You don't even know what it is and you say you can fix it? The way I see it, you're just a child trying his best to play the hero.
*shrugs his shoulders* Maybe you're wrong, maybe you're right.
*Rom looks nervous, almost discouraged* L-Like we said before, it's only natural that new p-problems arrive... right?
i am just going to fight on the side that i have the best chance of protecting my family and friends
New problems that may be worse than the ones we have now, yes. If you want those problems, then fine by me. Just remember, the Nexus is more powerful then you. If it destroys itself, you can't stop it. No matter how hard you want to try. The thing is, do you wanna die with it?
Well, of course, the answer is no, but I'm not sure if I can leave...
@wolf_enoshima Well, destroying the Nexus will assure the safety of everyone
naho; *comes out of wolfs backpack and floats around*
It doesn't matter where you are. All that matters is who you are, and what you do. How would you feel if you assured the sudden demise of everyone you know and love? That you left it up to chance, and failed.
No, when I mean I don't know if I can't leave, I mean literally. I don't think I would be let out... Besides, that's already happened before... That's why I was here in the first place. *Does his best to cover up his face*
ooc: it*
OOC: nevermind
Heh, so that's it huh? Just irrational fear? It's your life over everyone else's?
You don't get it, do you?
But, in a sense, you're kind of right. I was initially scared when I first got here, but I wanted to change that...
No, I get it perfectly. You're just afraid of being left behind. Have you seen the power of Nexite? With it, getting left behind won't be a problem
Well... Almost, I guess... Before I got to the Nexus, I was more afraid of being worthless, which would lead to that, but... I hate to repeat myself, that was one of my motivations: To meet new people and better myself as a person... You don't just get that anywhere else... I was just hoping to put everything all behind me and start anew... Sorry, I kinda rambled on too much. *Turns away to avoid eye contact*
Heh, it's not like a new location will change any of that
Believe me, the place has been turned into ruins, so I turned to somewhere where people from different walks of life gathered, and I thought it was perfect... I was ignorant back then, but I don't regret my decision.
Heh, seems there's no changing your mind. Guess i'll just take my leave then...
*Mona gets up to leave*
Thanks for listening to me, Morgana... Whew, I really am stubborn aren't I?
Heh
*Mona exits*
I guess I should be going too... I need to talk to more people...
*Rom gets up*
Let's go, Cal...
*Rom leaves*
